  The two receptionists working at this clinic on the morning of Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 were incredibly rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. My mother did a sleep study at this clinic several weeks ago and was asked to return to visit the health professional to try on different masks and possibly purchase a new one to be used with her CPAP machine. So, we turned up on this Saturday, but were told that her appointment was actually scheduled for the following Saturday. Well, no big deal. We would have just come back on the right day and I would not have been bothered to leave this negative comment here, had the two receptionists been a bit more respectful and handled this in a more professional way. Instead, the two receptionists sneered at us: the fact that we turned up on a wrong day became their source of fun. Well, you can laugh, but not when you are working behind the reception desk. You have to have a sense of responsibility and professionalism when occupying that work position. Unfortunately, the two receptionists had neither of these. Instead, they seemed to believe that they had more power over their patients, and that the fact that they could speak English really made them better human beings. Pathetic, really. No, don't bother to call. Just cancel our appointment. We visited another clinic the other day and purchased a brand new mask, with all accessories, and my mum is now happily using her CPAP machine :-)
